This lets Sight-Terp transcribe sound playing on this Mac — a video, a call, a recording — instead of listening through your microphone. You do not need a second computer.
It adds two audio devices:
| Sight-Terp Monitor | Choose as your output. Plays to your speakers and to Sight-Terp at the same time, so you still hear everything. |
| Sight-Terp Audio | Choose as the input in Sight-Terp. This carries the sound. |
Installing restarts the audio system. Sound will stop for a moment, and apps that are playing may need to be reopened. Do not install during a live assignment.
